What our rates include
Rates include 2 adults and 2 children over 5 years old. It’s $3 extra per additional guest over the limit.
North Resort Rates
Our North Resort offers spacious premium sites throughout, including extra-long pull-through sites for large motor coaches, long pull-through sites for standard motor coaches and 5th-wheels, and back-in sites for large 5th-wheels and travel trailers.

Deposits
To reserve your campsite, we require a deposit based on the duration of your stay:
- Daily stays (up to 6 days) – 1 night deposit required.
- Weekly stays (7 or more days) – $300.00 deposit required.
- Monthly stays (30 or more days) – $600.00 deposit required.
Our deposit refund policy is as follows:
- Daily stays (up to 6 days):
- 2 or more days notice = full refund minus 15% service charge
- less than 3 days notice = no refund
- Weekly stays (7 or more days):
- 5 or more days notice = full refund minus 15% service charge
- less than 7 days notice = no refund
- Monthly stays (30 or more days):
- 10 or more days notice = full refund minus 15% service charge
- less than 14 days notice = no refund
